Vault Pro is a password manager that encrypts everything before it is saved. Without your Master PIN, the stored data is unreadable, even to us.
Encrypted before it is saved
Website names, usernames, passwords and notes are locked with AES-256 encryption. The key comes from your Master PIN, which we never store.
Fingerprint and Face ID
On supported devices you can open your vault with a passkey instead of typing the PIN. Your biometrics never leave your device.
Optional Google Drive backup
Keep an encrypted copy in a hidden folder of your own Google Drive. Restoring it needs your Master PIN.
Locks itself
The vault locks after you stop using it, and the time is up to you. Sensitive accounts can have an extra PIN of their own.
Phone and computer
Use it in any browser, or install it like an app with its own icon.
A recovery key
Save a one-time recovery key, and a forgotten Master PIN does not mean a lost vault.
How it works, and its limits
- You create an account, then choose a Master PIN. It is separate from your login password.
- When you unlock your vault, the server derives a key from your PIN. It keeps that key in memory for a short time so it can show and save your accounts, and it drops the key when the vault locks.
- What is stored on our servers is encrypted data only.
Please know:
- The encryption happens on the server while your vault is unlocked, over HTTPS. You are trusting the service while the vault is open.
- If you forget your Master PIN and lose your recovery key, nobody can recover your vault.
- Vault Pro is an independent project. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms before you store anything important.
